Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the kx8bd platform. By registering or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification
Access to, and use of, the kx8bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
- You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or third party without express written authorisation from kx8bd.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the kx8bd platform, either voluntarily through our responsible gaming tools or as a result of a platform-initiated suspension or termination.
- You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal under local law, and you accept sole responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are using your own funds and your own registered payment method. You are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any third party in depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds.
kx8bd reserves the right to request proof of age, proof of identity and proof of the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kx8bd may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use the kx8bd platform, you must create a single player account using your real identity. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each player is permitted to hold exactly one kx8bd account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or a different identity, is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or OTP with any other person.
- You must notify kx8bd immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kx8bd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their credentials.
- kx8bd reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and to suspend access pending verification. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
kx8bd employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all account and payment pages. However, you remain responsible for the security of your device and browser environment. We strongly recommend not accessing your kx8bd account from shared or public devices.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
kx8bd supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately communicated to your account.
- Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. kx8bd does not charge processing fees on deposits made through any of these methods.
- Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your kx8bd wallet within seconds of the mobile banking confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours.
- kx8bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the kx8bd account holder.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the kx8bd account holder. kx8bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- For fully verified accounts, withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours during standard banking periods.
- kx8bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with bonus abuse, money laundering or other fraudulent activity. Processing of such withdrawals may be paused pending investigation.
- Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
kx8bd will not be liable for delays caused by the third-party payment processor, the player's mobile network operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk) or the player's bank. 4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
kx8bd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and seasonal promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
- kx8bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds not yet subject to an active wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be removed from your account.
- Bonus funds may only be used to wager on games or sporting events offered on the kx8bd platform. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Seasonal bonuses tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other Bangladesh-market events are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. General bonus terms apply where the promotion-specific terms are silent.
kx8bd does not offer any bonus that requires a player to deposit more than they intend to spend. We do not use high-rollover bonuses designed to trap players in extended play cycles. All wagering requirements are stated clearly upfront.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the kx8bd platform operate under the following fair play standards:
- All slot games, table games and crash games on kx8bd use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by the platform, the player's account history, deposit size or any other external factor.
- Sports betting odds on kx8bd are set by our trading team and are subject to change at any time before the event commences. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds stated at the time of bet placement, except in cases of manifest error.
- kx8bd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or a manifest pricing error that resulted in odds or game parameters materially different from those that would ordinarily be offered.
- Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are governed by the rules of those studios as published on their respective game interfaces. kx8bd is not responsible for studio-side technical interruptions, however we will work with the relevant studio to resolve any disputes arising from interrupted live sessions.
Any winnings generated through a game that was played after a technical malfunction that affected the integrity of the game outcome may be declared void at kx8bd's discretion. kx8bd will notify the affected player and provide a full explanation where any such decision is made.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8bd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban:
- Registering more than one kx8bd account, or assisting another person to register an account in order to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits or self-exclusion measures.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts or other automated means to place bets, interact with games or exploit any feature of the kx8bd platform.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, participating in money laundering through the kx8bd platform, or structuring deposits in a manner designed to evade transaction monitoring.
- Colluding with other players, whether on the kx8bd platform or externally, for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with kx8bd support staff.
- Accessing or attempting to access the kx8bd platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a platform-initiated ban, or if you are below the minimum age of 21 years.
kx8bd actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, kx8bd reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
7. Responsible Gaming
kx8bd is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We actively support responsible gaming and provide the following player protection tools accessible from within your kx8bd account dashboard:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the maximum amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
- Temporary time-out — take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). During a time-out your account will be inaccessible for wagering and deposits.
- Self-exclusion — request a voluntary self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed and no new account may be registered during the exclusion period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the kx8bd platform — including but not limited to the kx8bd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of kx8bd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any kx8bd content without prior written consent from kx8bd.
The game content displayed on kx8bd — including game titles, artwork and mechanics from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by kx8bd under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of studio-owned content is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx8bd's liability to any player is limited as follows:
- kx8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of gaming opportunity.
- kx8bd shall not be liable for any service interruption, game unavailability or platform downtime caused by factors outside kx8bd's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, third-party software failures or force majeure events.
- kx8bd's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to kx8bd in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit kx8bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by kx8bd's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by kx8bd.
kx8bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, beyond what is required by applicable law.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
kx8bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to registration of multiple accounts, provision of false information or engagement in prohibited conduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by kx8bd, or submission of forged or fraudulent identity documents.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the use of the kx8bd platform.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account. Players wishing to close their account should contact [email protected] and any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.
Upon termination for cause, kx8bd reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, associated balances may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any bonuses that did not satisfy their applicable wagering requirements.
11. Amendments to These Terms
kx8bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kx8bd will provide reasonable notice to registered players via an on-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the account. The amended terms will take effect on the date stated in the notification.
Your continued use of the kx8bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and regulations.
